End of lease cleaning is generally priced on application and includes the following services:
- HEPA vac all walls, ceilings and surfaces for dust removal
- Standard hard surface cleaning to all flat surfaces
- Full bathrooms clean including shower glass, toilet, vanity mirror
- Deep carpet vaccum with commercial vac
- Full kitchen clean including cabinet and drawer interiors + cabinet faces
Given the wide range of conditions our end of tenancy cleans are allways priced on request.
As a general indicator, the cost of an end of tenancy clean for a 3-4 bedroom house with two bathrooms is $420 excl GST.
Oven cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are all additional costs.
