When it comes to pricing for our residential customers, we like to keep things simple and offer a per room model. We have a minimum charge of $150 which covers most houses and includes upto three rooms or areas upto twelve sqaure metres each. We use a hot water/ steam extraction method with modern equipment to achieve a deep clean and the best results.
For commercial customers we use square meter rates and offer two separate options. A standard clean or a deep clean. The difference between these two options is a deep clean includes mechanical agitation, scrubbing the carpet fibres as an additional step before extraction phase.
For upholstery cleaning we use a simple model that bases pricing on seating positions. This includes a deep clean and sanitization via our truck mounted or portable systems. Spot stains are treated individually with the appropriate chemicals. Minimum charge of $150 excluding GST. Please note we do not clean suede or leather. All prices are excluding GST.

Not necessarily. Many clients provide a key or garage code or open access. If there’s anything particular you need (pets, sensitive areas), we’ll coordinate ahead of time.
